Effective date: October 15, 2025
This Single Sign-On (SSO) Agreement ("Agreement") serves as an annex to the primary client agreement and, where applicable, governs the implementation and support of SSO. It facilitates the client in enabling users to log in seamlessly through the SSO setup.
- Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to establish the terms and conditions under which the Provider can implement and maintain a SSO connection for the Client’s participant/user access to the Twebcast platform. 
 - Scope of Services
Implementation: The Provider agrees to implement and maintain a secure SSO connection tailored to the Client's SAML compatible Identity Provider. 
Data:
Twebcast will only collect the email address of the authenticated user from the Client requesting to login/create an account in Twebcast. 
		
Access options: 
	The Client should provide a list of the email domains used by users within their organization to allow Twebcast to map users to the correct SSO Identity Provider.
- Responsibilities 
- Provider Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for implementing and maintaining the SSO configuration.
Regularly update and patch the components related to SSO in order to address security vulnerabilities. - Client Responsibilities:
Identity Provider configurations and maintenance.
Provide information needed to configure Twebcast as a Service Provider. 
Provide necessary access to their own users/groups.
Promptly notify the Provider of any security concerns or incidents.
 
 
Fees and PaymentThe Client agrees to pay the Provider the agreed-upon fees for the implementation and maintenance of the SSO solution as outlined in the Order document.
