Ensure precise data sharing with customized accessibility!

Twebcast now have the capability to seamlessly distribute data from a selected pool of participants, tailored to meet specific criteria, to designated recipients via email. Upon invitation, recipients will receive an email notification linking them to the shared dataset.

Access requires email verification during the login process, and alternatively, recipients can conveniently navigate to shared datasets through the dedicated tab within the Twebcast app.

Step 1 (Select your data):

• Perform your desired search, utilizing any combination of search parameters. For instance, you can make a search for all individuals with allergies assigned to group 4 who are also booked at the Hilton hotel.
• Proceed to the action menu and select "Share Data."

Step 2 (Make the data available):

• Assign a name to the shared list.
• Customize the dataset by selecting the relevant fields.
• Define the validity period, ensuring data accessibility only within the specified timeframe.
• Input email addresses of authorized recipients.
• Choose whether to send invitation emails.

Step 3 (Changes):

Should you need to modify your shared list or extend access to additional recipients, navigate to the main project menu to manage all shared datasets effortlessly.

Additional Information:

• In the presence of optional data fields such as checkboxes or select boxes, viewers will find a supplementary button within the dataset interface to summarize data.
• Please note that data sharing from projects in demo mode is not supported.

IMPORTANT:

Given the potentially sensitive nature of the data shared, prioritizing top-level security is imperative. As the data producer, you own the responsibility for the content you disseminate. Be vigilant in safeguarding personal information at all times!
