At Twebcast, we've streamlined this process to meet your needs with our intuitive Guest Invite feature. It simplifies even the most complex registrations, ensuring you get it right every time.
With our Guest Invite, you can decide which fields should be included as part of the invitation. The guest then completes the remaining fields during their own registration. For instance, preferences like dietary requirements can be left for the guest to answer directly, avoiding guesswork.
All conditions and required fields are inherited from the original registration form. You control which fields are filled out by the person inviting the guest and which ones the guest completes themselves. This way, even with complex registrations, all participants provide a full set of information seamlessly.
Multiple Registration
The producer can also choose whether to send an invite mail to the guest. If not, the Guest Invite functionality can be used as a multiple registration tool. When used in this way, information should preferably be sent only to the responsible parties for the registration, such as an office manager who will register everyone for her/his office. There are also possibility to add hidden values from the inviters fields such as cost center for example.
