With Twebcast, you can now manage your event registrations even more effectively by setting your own custom threshold for when participants are placed on a waitlist independent of your license limit, as long as it stays within your total licensed capacity.
Perfect when you want to reserve spots for important guests or gradually open up additional places later.

How it works:

• Set a custom limit for your waitlist.
• This limit can be set below your total license capacity.
  (For example: License = 500 seats → waitlist custom limit = 450 → 50 reserved spots)
• Once your custom limit is reached:
  • New registrants are automatically placed on a waitlist.
  • Participants on the waitlist receive an automatic confirmation email.
• At any time, you can:
  • Manually move participants from the waitlist into the event or automatically move from waistlist to registered by increasing the waitlist limit, on a first come first serve basis
  • Increase the active participant limit or upgrade your license to allow more.
