New dynamic registration

‍

Verification inside the form

We have rebuilt the process of email verification, this is now an integrated part of the form itself.

Multiple steps

Another new possibility is to create a multistep registration with pages. This can make long registrations better from an UI perspective. For example gather all data regarding hotel on one page. Create this by adding a page break field in your registration.

Conditional fields

Now you can build a registration that adapts to the answers your participants are choosing. An example could be that you ask your participants if they need hotel. If that’s the case they will be presented new fields with options regarding hotel. The participants that say they don’t need hotel will not see those fields. This is also compatible with required, so if you say that you need hotel You are forced to choose which days and which hotel for example.

‍

‍Put blocks inside the form

Further more we now accept code blocks, rich text and images in the registration. This means that you have better possibilities to style your registration form with info and pictures.

‍

‍

Important info!

‍The registration builder have been moved! From settings into the registration module within the timeline on the intro slot (before called auth). To convert an already existing project into the new registration functionality you just have to open the auth/registrationmodule.

‍

In project settings you will now find “participant fields”. Participant fields are fields connected to the user but not a part of the registration. For example groupings and other info that you as an organizer have but that you don’t need from the participant.
