We have brought all participant status changes into the action "Change status".
Whether you are working with a single participant or a selected list, you now manage everything in one place including inviting, registering, unregistering and moving participants off the waitlist.

You can move participants freely between statuses, for example from Imported to Invited or Registered, or from Waitlist to Unregistered, all with just a few clicks.

New option to move participants back to Imported

Participants can now be moved from Unregistered, Invited, Waitlist or Registered back to Imported.
This gives you a safe way to reset someone without deleting them, so you can pause, reorganize or start a new invitation flow whenever you need.
